Greetings Brothers of the 64th House of Alpha!

We are excited to announce the official call to all brothers to journey home to celebrate the 85th Anniversary of our beloved Beta Phi Chapter, November 9-12, 2023, in New Orleans, Louisana. The 85th planning committee has organized a weekend full of fellowship and service, reminiscent of our times and traditions on the yard. Here are a few highlights of the planned weekend:

The $35,000 Impact Campaign/Challenge

Many of you remember your days of working together as one with your line brothers to get a mission accomplished. Brothers, we have another mission for you! We are issuing the 85th Anniversary line challenge for all lines that have been initiated into the 64th House of Alpha. The challenge is to raise $35,000 to add to our current Beta Phi Endowment Scholarship. Who will be crowned the 85th Anniversary line challenge winners? The Golden Conversation

We are proud of the rich history and legacy of the Beta Phi Chapter, and we want to hear our history from our elders. This event will allow us to sit down and listen to some of our Golden Brothers who have stories of the development of Beta Phi and our impact on the fraternity and our community throughout time.

The Beta Phi College Brother Luncheon

The current chapter members will host a luncheon to update us on their accomplishments, service, scholarship, and vision for the future of our chapter while we dine and fellowship with one another.

Beta Phi 85th Anniversary Golden Gala

On the eve of our 85th Birthday, the brotherhood will gather to raise funds for scholarships for our chapter members, celebrate our accomplishments, and honor members of our community for their service and dedication.

The Parade and Service Project

Sign up to participate in the annual Dillard University Homecoming parade as we parade through the city and celebrate the 2023 Mister and Miss Dillard University and their royal court. We will have a service project on Saturday where we will give back to our community and demonstrate that we are “First of All and Servants of All”.

Beta Phi Tailgate

After the parade and the service project head over to Kabacoff and enjoy the tailgate from the Beta Phi grill-masters who will be hard at work as we host the mother of all Tailgates as we prepare for the big Probate show.

The Probate Show/Neophyte Presentation

Do you remember the night of your Probate Show/Neophyte Presentation? Don’t miss the big reveal of our 85th Anniversary Line, Fall 2023. Brothers, please bring your gifts to welcome our new brothers to the House of Alpha in true Beta Phi style!
